Started with cinema chain logistics — replenishing popcorn, colas, and snack packs across multiplexes, pan-India. A complex aggregation problem, but enough to prove the platform worked.
2020-2021
Pivot to Essentials
COVID shut cinemas overnight. OORJAA pivoted to grocery, fruits & vegetables, and FMCG distribution. The platform was rebuilt around high-frequency, multi-drop delivery — the DNA that would define everything after.
2022-2023
Quick Commerce Begins
Dark stores needed replenishment multiple times a day. OORJAA became the mid-mile backbone for India’s earliest quick commerce operations.
2024-2025
Multi-Client Scale
One quick commerce client became many. Zepto, Blinkit, Flipkart, Amazon, Swiggy. 200+ cities. 4,300+ fleet partners. 50,000+ trips a month.
